He will review your needs, discuss and educate you about your options, including the cost of services discussed, make you aware of the possible next steps you may need to take to realize your needs and help you get your business and personal ventures aligned with those needs. 

All fees paid for the consult will be applied to the legal service(s) you retain us to do.
